What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns and exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law as our first and main focus is to make sure that our customers and clients have and get exactly what they want and need.

We do allow refunds for a change of mind as long as it is within 24/48 hours

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT or COD at this stage.

Customers have to make an EFT payment on the day of the order placement or 24hours if payment is done from other banks except for FNB.

We do not offer Lay-By as we serve food in stead of non perishable items.

Do you offer loyalty points?

We do have promotions that we run as well as free gifts that we give to our customers to say thank you for their continual support in our company.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We do not charge a delivery fee for clients within a 50km radius. As this is our way of helping and assisting our clients.
those outside of the radius will be a R50/R100 charge depending on the distance.
